Knowing that someone has your back if a tough situation arises is a feeling that's hard to match - it's security! At Cross Country TravCorps, we understand. We never want our travelers to feel like they've been deserted once they start an assignment. We want you to know that we are here for you, especially when you really need us.

To make sure our healthcare professionals have access to the information they need, we developed our Clinical Liaisons Department. This department is made up entirely of RNs. These nurses serve as a resource for any clinical questions or concerns you may have. The liaisons have many different functions. They are a there for our travelers and facility contacts to help bridge any issues to ensure a successful and rewarding assignment completion. Additionally, they may become involved with travelers during their evaluation. They also serve as a link to Cross Country University, providing direction to any identified educational need.

The Clinical Liaisons' role also includes the review of applications and skills checklists. This process helps us to find you the best placements, and as a company, we gain a better understanding of healthcare professionals working in the travel industry.
