What benefits will I receive?

When do my benefits begin?
All standard benefits begin as soon as you start your assignment.

Can I add my spouse and/or children to my insurance?
Yes, you may add your spouse or children to your insurance for an additional premium which we'll deduct monthly from your paycheck on a pretax basis.

If I don't need health insurance, can I opt for cash?
Yes. You can choose to receive a fixed benefit payment each month instead of insurance coverage.

Do you have a retirement plan?
Cross Country TravCorps offers a generous 401(k) plan with matching contribution.
