Even with the current nursing shortage there are often plenty of candidates vying for the same position. In other words, if you see a travel nursing assignment that seems like an amazing opportunity chances are other nurses are feeling the same way. That's why it is imperative to be prepared when you interview with a facility.

To help ensure that our traveler always put their best foot forward during the interview process we are providing some interview guidelines to follow. These are basic questions that will help show your interest in a position and the facility. Also remember, the facility will have a copy of your work history, skills checklists and applicable credentials, but you must sell yourself to this facility convincing them that you are the best traveler for the position.
