What will my salary be?
It depends on your specialty, experience and assignment location. We always negotiate top rates for our travelers. Add in shift differentials and completion bonuses of up to $3,500, and you'll see why Cross Country TravCorps leads the industry in total compensation-pay and benefits.
Does Cross Country TravCorps award bonuses?
Cross Country TravCorps offers completion bonuses on many assignments. You can earn $500 up to $3500 on certain assignments. Ask your recruiter for more details.
Do you guarantee hours?
Yes we do. You will be paid for low census shifts, in excess of 24 hours, which cannot be made up during the assignment on a Guaranteed Pay assignment. We have thousands of Guaranteed Pay assignments throughout the United States in a variety of settings and specialties. Ask your Recruiter for details.
What kind of bonus do I receive for referring other healthcare professionals?
With our Referral Bonus program, you can receive $500 for every healthcare professional you refer to Cross Country TravCorps, who begins their first travel assignment or accepts a permanent position.
I referred a friend to Cross Country TravCorps and never received my bonus. What happened?
Nine times out of 10, it's because we don't have your most recent mailing address. We can't stress this enough: please keep your address current so your paycheck and other vital information arrive without delay. You can update this information online. We've also included several Change of Address forms in your application packet to carry you through your travels. (If your address hasn't changed, call us and we'll figure out how to fix the problem.)
