Boca Raton, FL - May 07, 2007 - Carol Tuttas has joined the Cross Country University staff as Nurse Educator. Previously, she had been Administrative Director of Nursing at HCR Manor Care in Boynton Beach. Janet Batchelder, Director for Standards, Practice and Outcomes, and Franklin Shaffer, Executive Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, presented a poster, "The Development of a National Competency Assessment System and Building National Consenus for Utility," at the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives meeting held in Daytona. Jon Rosen has been named Director for Learning. Most recently, he was Owner and President of Graphic Education, an online learning community acquired by Cross Country.  --Nurse.com
