Here's how it works:

All eligible* healthcare professionals can refer a new healthcare professional to travel with Cross Country TravCorps.
Your referral must apply and complete a first Cross Country TravCorps travel assignment of 8 weeks or longer.
You will receive $500 for most RN specialties
You will receive $1,000** for any CCL, ER and L&D RN who starts an assignment by March 31, 2012. Each additional CCL, ER and L&D RN that also takes and starts an assignment by March 31, 2012 will earn you $1500**
You will receive $1,000** for any OR RN who start an assignment by March 31, 2012. Each additional OR nurse that also takes and starts an assignment by March 31, 2012 will earn you $1500**
