Our Customer Care Associates call each new traveler within two weeks of an assignment to answer questions and make sure things are going smoothly. The team is also available to take calls from all travelers and facilities with service feedback and suggestions. They are experts in conflict resolution and are committed to expeditiously solving any issues that arise... ensuring there is no room for regret.

Clinical Liaisons - your partners in success
We can't stress enough just how important you are to the Cross Country TravCorps team. Equally important is your confidence in our ability to serve you. We never want you to feel like you are stuck in a situation with no one to turn to, you are never alone. We have a department made up entirely of registered nurses who serve as your Clinical Liaisons. They are your resource for any clinical questions or concerns you may have. The liaisons have many different functions. They are a resource for our travelers and facility contacts, helping to bridge any issues to ensure a successful and rewarding assignment completion. Additionally, they may become involved with travelers during their evaluation.

Clinical Council - your voice in what matters most
We value our traveler's knowledge, experience and expertise, and have created the Clinical Council to provide a form of shared governance. The council provides travelers with a professional governing body and an advisory resource panel in matters related to clinical practice. It also offers insight into the standards and policy formulation as well as our rewards and benefits programs.

• Members of the Clinical Council are nominated and selected using a rigorous process and based upon the travelers overall performance and area of expertise.
• All members are currently serving on an active assignment and have worked with Cross Country TravCorps for several years. We feel they possess a unique body of knowledge about being traveling professionals.
