The Forum on Healthcare Leadership is a national conference targeted to nurse executives and nurse managers sponsored by Cross Country University. Annually, this conference addresses the hot issues facing the nursing industry in various locations around the country. The conference draws approximately 800 nurse executives, directors of staff education and development, nursing faculty and many others in nursing leadership roles.

The Forum on Healthcare Leadership offers educational sessions on such topics as motivation and morale, outcomes, ethics and interpersonal growth and leadership development. In the exhibit hall, over 60 companies and organizations showcase the industry's latest products and technologies.

Several prominent nursing organizations endorse The Forum on Healthcare Leadership including the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses, the Emergency Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau International - The Honor Society of Nursing and the Association of Peri-Anesthesia Nurse... to name a few.
