I’m Annemarie Rosa, I live and work in Massachusetts. I’m the Northeast Regional Accounts Director at Cross Country Staffing.

What makes living and working in Massachusetts so great?

Personally I love the seasons.  There’s beauty in each season and a wide variety of things to do in any kind of weather.

Winter is a great time to visit museums, enjoy live Theater or go ice skating on Frog Pond.  If you’re the adventurous type you can head over to Wachusett Mountain for some great skiing.

With Spring comes baseball at historic Fenway Park.  And if by some chance baseball isn’t your thing, Fenway is also home to some pretty amazing concerts.  Billy Joel, Zac Brown Band and the first female performer in the history of Fenway LADY GAGA- YES I attended and YES she was awesome!

In the Summer concerts throughout the city are hard to miss.  So many great choices, Jazz, Country and let’s not forget the Boston Pops! And if we are talking summer, we’ve got to talk about the beaches there are a couple great ones right here in Massachusetts, Crane Beach and Good Harbor. Truth be told I love Ogunquit Beach.  Ogunquit Maine is my absolute favorite beach and I can make it across Maine’s state line in under an hour!

And then there’s fall… I love hiking on a beautiful Fall day.  Apple picking is a must and it’s not just about the apples.  There’s nothing like a warm apple cider donut or taking a hayride and pick out the perfect pumpkin.

I have to say, we are super excited about our new partnership with the Steward Health system. Several of their hospitals in the Boston area so, what are you waiting for?

There are museums to explore, history to take in and I’ve got to tell you about the food…..think New England clam chowda and some of the freshest seafood you’ve ever had and I wouldn’t be Mama Rosa if I didn’t send you over to the North End for some authentic Italian food.  You haven’t lived until you’ve had Ravioli at La Summa or a cannoli at Mike’s.

I love Massachusetts and know you will too! So come and stay awhile.
